For the sixth consecutive year, Blue Horseshoe Solutions has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana. The program was created by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group to survey companies across the state on policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics, and employee experience.
"This ongoing recognition is a testament to the culture our people are building here at Blue Horseshoe,” explains Chris Cason, CEO at Blue Horseshoe. “Every team member actively contributes to our culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.”
“We have many tremendous employers in the state, so it’s great to see more and more companies take part in this effort to evaluate their workplace cultures and gain the recognition they deserve,” says Indiana Chamber President Kevin Brinegar. “These companies consistently demonstrate to their employees how much they value their contributions.”

Company Culture
Company culture is an essential part of our work environment. One way that Blue Horseshoe strengthens their organization is through the Culture Crew. This employee-led group focuses on creating opportunities to promote a sense of community and well-being at each of the company’s six locations. The Culture Crew is instrumental in planning volunteer opportunities, team sports, employee outings, and more recently, virtual activities.
