Blue Horseshoe Solutions is expanding the Blue Horseshoe Supply Chain Cloud to help more businesses fulfill online orders in-store and ship packages to customers directly from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.

Supply Chain Cloud guides the store associate through the pick, pack, and ship process while sharing all of the information back to D365 Commerce."
Supply Chain Cloud provides a seamless and fully integrated process to fulfill orders from Dynamics 365 Commerce through the in-store point of sale. It provides an intuitive, integrated packing and shipping workflow to validate the proper products and quantities are packed for the shipment.
Supply Chain Cloud shops multiple carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to give accurate shipping estimates based on package weight, dimensions, delivery location, and time. Users can select the most effective shipping option based on business rules.
Once a user selects the preferred carrier and delivery method, the Supply Chain Cloud generates carrier compliant shipping labels and tracking numbers. All the shipping data ties back to the Dynamics 365 Commerce to support account assignments and billing.
