RHD Tire is sharing how they transformed their business using NetSuite and Dell Boomi at SuiteWorld. SuiteWorld is Oracle NetSuite's annual conference for the NetSuite community. This year's event is October 18 -21 in Las Vegas.
RHD's legacy system included a custom on-premise ERP and a separate customized warehouse management system (WMS). The lack of an agile platform and connected cloud data created black holes of information, overly complicated business processes, and long fulfillment lead times.
Working with Blue Horseshoe, RHD Tire implemented a combination of NetSuite and Dell Boomi, giving the company one source of truth to manage its operations.

Extending Base WMS Functionality to meet Supply Chain Requirments

In this session, we’ll detail how RHD Tire combined NetSuite Warehouse Management System (WMS) functionality with Boomi’s integration and workflow automation capabilities to improve customer satisfaction, increase daily deliveries, and onboard a new distribution center in a fraction of the time it would have taken with competing applications. We'll demonstrate how RHD Tire extended base functionality to fit complex business processes relating to putaways, waving, and pick commands. We’ll also share how the NetSuite migration and ongoing integration with Boomi resulted in annual savings of more than $900,000 and decreased warehouse onboarding time from 60 days to less than 20 hours.
